In the darkness of domestic violence, a young mother and her 2 children found themselves trapped, helpless, and afraid. Beaten and cast out with nothing, not even essentials for her babies, she faced the looming threat of death from her abuser. But in the midst of her despair, she found a beacon of hope in our intervention program. With swift action and unwavering support, we stepped in to provide a lifeline, offering legal aid to help her file for divorce and break free from the cycle of abuse.
With our support, she faced her challenges head-on, broke free from the cycle of abuse and successfully sat for her National Examinations Council (NECO) examinations, passing with flying colors. Today, she is thriving!
