 Upon review and approval of your complaint, AWJAI would require an affidavit of facts which would guarantee that all information contained in the complaints are true and acknowledges that any false information would be liability of the complainant.

No, there is no payment required for reporting a violation or for having your complaint evaluated and receiving advice.

AWJAI recommends experienced lawyers and also works with pro bono lawyers. Legal aid is available to individuals who are financially unable to pay, ensuring equal access to justice for disadvantaged citizens. In exceptional cases, we provide legal aid to vulnerable individuals regardless of their ability to pay.

The process of attaining justice in every matter is dependent on the nature of complaint and route to attain justice. However, for us at AWJAI, we believe that with our expertise and professionalism, we would try to achieve our desired goal at the earliest opportunity.

a. Victim Status: Individuals who have been affected by a crime or injustice are eligible. This includes victims of discrimination, illegal evictions, human right violations and other forms of harm.

c. Documentation: Victims will be required to provide adequate evidence, proof and documentation of their circumstances to assess eligibility.
